 The flexible foam design of Super Spacer ® allows for fast application for low- to high- volume production needs and significantly simplifies the fabrication of shaped units. There is no corner key assembly and desiccant filling is eliminated. It’s easy to apply and requires very little capital investment, depending on your needs. The end result is high-volume production with a minimum labor force.
Super Spacer is ideal for all shop configurations, whether you use handheld tools, horizontal assembly tables or fully-automated vertical systems. Regardless of your setup, you can build high-performance, energy-efficient windows with improved manufacturing productivity.
