Super Spacer® TriSeal™, T- and D-Spacer
...for improved PIB butyl performance
and optimum IG unit quality
Super Spacer TriSeal,
T- and D-Spacers are flexible, silicone foam spacers designed
for Fixed Commercial and Structural glazing;
they may be utilized for captured glazing applications
as well. Their unique triple-seal design incorporates
an inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling.
Polyurethane, polysulfide,
hot melt butyl and DSE’s are acceptable sealants for captured glazing
applications.

TriSeal comes
complete with captive polyisobutylene primary seal for enhanced gas
retention and low- moisture vapour transmission. Customer applied outer
silicone seal provides proven structural glazing performance.
T- and D-Spacer -
Customer applied polyisobutylene primary seal is required for enhanced
gas retention and low-moisture vapour transmission, plus an outer silicone
seal for proven structural glazing performance.

Protective Packaging
To provide desiccant protection, the reels are sealed in moisture-proof
foil bags and then packaged in high-density polyethylene bags.
These double-packaged reels are then shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes.
Desiccant Systems
40% by spacer weight, minimum, is desiccant material, primarily consisting
of 3A molecular-sieve material with 1.5% , minimum, of silica gel for solvent
adsorption.

• Final corner sealing strips - Based upon testing,
