Delivers on Durability
Even with its aesthetically pleasing narrow sightline, Super
Spacer Premium delivers high wind load resistance capacity
along with excellent glazing pressure and shear stress resistance.
And, insulated glass units manufactured with Super Spacer
Premium and hot-melt butyl have passed over 90 weeks of
P-1 durability testing, where one week of testing has been
considered by industry experts to represent the approximate
equivalent of one year of field performance. The narrower
profile allows for an optional increase of the sealant depth
for additional durability.
Better by Design
Manufactured with Super Spacer's unique multi-layer vapor
barrier and silicone foam matrix, Super Spacer Premium features
optimal thermal performance in any climate. It features
one of the fastest low dew points anywhere in the industry.
It is extremely compatible with all low E-coatings and delivers
excellent Argon gas retention.

Spacer Sizes
Super Spacer Premium is available in a standard 3/16” (5mm) thickness and a full range of spacer widths from 3/16” (5mm) to 3/4” (19mm).
Standard Colors
The standard Super Spacer Premium colors are black and warm grey.
Custom Options
Additional colors are available with a minimum order of 5,000 feet (per size). They include almond, white and aluminum grey.
Other custom options are available with large volume orders of over 50,000 feet (15,000m per size) per shipment.
