Super Spacer Premium Plus also features the largest foam and acrylic adhesive footprint of all thermoset spacers.
Combined with a high-tech adhesive, Premium Plus delivers the highest wind load resistance and greatest glazing pressure resistance.
IG units with Premium Plus spacer and hot-melt butyl have passed up to 120 weeks of P-1 durability testing,
where one week of testing has been considered by industry experts to represent the equivalent of one year of field performance.
Superior Design
Premium Plus' highly breathable foam matrix allows the desiccant load to absorb more moisture faster to create the fastest deep frost/dew point drop in the industry.
Having an extremely low volatile chemical content gives Premium Plus one of the highest compatibility rates with all low-E coatings.
And, because of the Mylar vapor barrier and secondary seal, it has superior argon/krypton gas retention.

Spacer Sizes
Super Spacer Premium Plus is available in a standard 1/4” (6.5mm) thickness and a full range of spacer widths from 1/8” (3mm) to 13/16” (20.5mm).
Standard Colors
The standard Super Spacer Premium Plus colors are a warm grey and black.
Custom Options
Additional colors are available with a minimum order of 5,000 feet (per size). They include almond, white and aluminum
grey. Other custom options are available with large volume orders of over 50,000 feet (15,000m per size) per shipment.
